Further, registered valuers are required to maintain their experience and knowledge through Continued Education and Training. This body protects the public and provides the accountability required for valuation services. Our senior valuer sits on the appeal board for such matters in the Built Environment. Other voluntary bodies in South Africa are the South African Institute of Valuers and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is an internationally recognised regulatory body based in the UK and represented locally. This body sets stringent criteria and holds professional valuers to a global standard. Membership requirements are rigorous and procedures are strictly adhered to. The Property Partnership is a registered valuation company with this body. These registrations are taken very seriously by us and give our clients peace of mind that our services adhere to international standards, based on industry knowledge and backed by decades of experience in valuations.

Our clients are further protected as The Property Partnership East Rand holds professional indemnity insurance.

What Valuation Services Do We Offer?

Our core focus is commercial and industrial valuations. This further extends to retail property, development land, filling stations, cold storage facilities, schools and FET sites, student accommodation and specialised properties such as mines and breweries.

While property valuations are our key service, we also provide plant and machinery valuations, asset reconciliation & tagging, and professional advice.
